Old Mutual happy customer. One of old mutual field staff helped me open a life cover policy. Later on when i realized it did not meet my needs, i cancelled it. He then went behind my back and forget my signature and re-instated the policy without my consent. When i layed a complaint with OM they told me i made the request to revive my policy. I then told them no i did not. Then they sent me the re...-instatement letter. It was my forged signature.
I then laid a formal complaint, and the guy by the name of Darlow Daniel helped me. He went thru the process with me by constantly communicating with me until i got my refund and the policy was successfully cancelled. I would like to applaud him as he set me free from inconvenience and misery
