Late sms notifications and no communication

Last week thursday i received a call from MFC concerning a payment that i missed on my car, i adviced MFC to debit the money on Saturday 13 April 2013 of which they did but i did not recieve the sms notification, today when i check my statement i saw that the payment bounced and Nedbank charged me R120 for an unpaid fee. Nedbank usually calls me when my account has been overdrawn, regardless of the amount but this time they did not even though i only had a variance of about R100 from the expected R5990 by MFC. been banking with this nedbank for more than a year now yet they treat me like this, they just want to charge and never think for the customer...
