Thulani Letsie gave me a call to find out if I was still happy with them as my insurance provider. When he called the first time I could not talk and he promised to call back of which he did. Wow, did he make my day better? He made sure that my needs are still met and that I wouldn't even think of changing my insurance in the near future with the benefits good and friendly service he gave. Well done Thulani and Miway for having such competent staff and always listening to your clients.
