Woolworth's insurance has not done follow up on the contractor who is suppose to fix my house after a claim. even at the beginning them could not even send a plumber in time. I eventually got my own plumber so their 24 hour plumber story is not true at all. Their service is the worse ever and I will not tolerate such an inefficient service. I am the one calling them and they tell me the contractor will call me which never happens. Woolworths should concentrate on selling chicken they cannot run an insurance business and I feel stupid for moving all my assets to their insurance.
