On calling MiWay to cancel my policy due a much cheaper quote from a competitor I was put through to a Senior Consultant, Emanuel, in the Retentions department. Emanuel was professional and friendly and extremly helpful and went out of his way to not only reduce my premium but match the reduced excess and car hire options that the other insurer had quoted me on. He continually stressed that I was a valued client of MiWay and that he would do his best to retain my business. And he was successful! Well done Emanuel, it was a pleasure to do business with you this morning. MiWay, look after this guy - he's a good one!
