CREDIT CARD LIMIT DECREASE INSTEAD OF INCREASE

Good day

On Friday (12 April 2013) I received a call from FNB to INCREASE my credit card limit.
I asked for it to be increased with R5000.00

Yesterday I received my sms ..My Limit has not increased, it has been DECREASED to the limit of R5000.00

I havent lodged an aplication in the first place for it to be changed, they called me.
Now I have to lodge "another" application for it be rectified.

I want the Person who did this order, to rectify her mistake. I cant see why I must go through all the trouble to fix something that wasn't my MISTAKE.
My Original Credit card limit before the phone call was R3000.00 for budget and R3800 for straight. The Limit increase should have taken it to R5500 for budget, and R6300 for straight.
Please Fix this Immediatly.
