It's going to be a month on wednesday since i have logged a claim with fnb insurance brokers and i must say a successful way of reaching them is through a complaint.
My claim has changed hands on four people some can i conot even remember their names but can the following people call me :

FNB spent two weeks not doing anything on my claim and the car hire is calling to arrange to fetch the car on the 18th can you extend the car since you are the one delaying the processing of my claim. Can you also finish processing so we can part ways and can take my money somewhere else.
Is it normal for a claim to take a month?
