Very poor financial services

I have been receiving messages on my phone saying..."you have failed to pay your medical account". I have contacted the number 0182933671 showing on the sms before and it was established that they had the number incorrect. The account does not belong to me. I have requested them to take my number off this account, however, I'm still receiving messages and the poor person who this account belongs to, has no idea of anything. I am not going to phone Vericred AGAIN. It is not my account nor my error and i will not waste anymore of my time and money to contact Vericred. The last time I phoned I spent quite a while on the phone, trying to explain to the lady that I am not the person the account belongs to. That was difficult enough & still she got it wrong to remove my number from this account. Please contact me to get my details and the ref number in the sms to REMOVE my number from your sms line. I've also been trying to find an email address to send this request to, but wasn't successfull. There's a website where you can write to vericred, but when you press on send it says sorry we are experiencing technical problems. No wonder...
