Limit decreased without communication

I have a credit card with virgin money and the limit that was given was R7500 and mid last year my limit was increased to R10000 as per the request. Between 20th- 25th march 2013 i have made a payment of up to R7000 into the virgin money credit card, that money is for my late sisters tombstone, i didn't want to keep it with me so i decided to put it into my credit card cause i didnt want to use it. To my surprise on thursday i went to absa bank to withdraw cause we were suppose to go and buy the tombstone, the transaction was unsuccessful cause of insufficient fund, i then call virgin money so i spoke to the consultant who told me that my avail balance is R27 when i ask why she said my limit was decreased From R10000 to R5000 and now i wanna know why cause no one communicated with me, how can they reduce my limit without telling me cause if i knew that they wil decrease my limit i shouldnt suppose to put my late sisters money into it, which means for the month of march i paid R7000 instalment?
all i want is for virgin money to refund me my late sisters money and take only their instalment, they need to refund me R5000 cause i was already withdrawn R1800 form that card
