Be warned that MyGate Communications (Pty) Ltd do not account to you as stipulated in their contract - do NOT be fooled by their undertakings. In my case the only thing they have done on time, is to bill me - that is the only thing done on time. They have collected thousands of rands of mine through the MyGate debit order payment gateway, but their accounting of these funds have left a lot to be desired! It seems to be almost non-existent. The last payment I received was November 2012 and it was NOT close to the amount I am owed. Since then I have not received a single cent for the successful collections done, despite the fact that they collected in excess of R25, 000 that still needs to be accounted to me as per their own records. When I spoke to Clive of MyGate, I was informed that everything had been accounted, but the financial supervisor still had to sign off on the funds before payment to me is processed - this takes 5 MONTHS? It is supposed to be done within days according to their sales pitch. In my case their client service is atrocious and I found their statement that the client comes first to be false advertising. I am in the process of issuing summons to get my money.
