To whom it may concern,
After going through my bank statements for a while trying to figure out this specific debit order on my account, i eventually did an internet search and found that there was a complaint on Hello Peter by someone with a similar problem.
There is money being debited from my account with the account name: EMMES 1706546504 with the following details from my online banking transaction list: User code 6241, User name Absa Bureau Services 1 User.
After going through my transaction records- this has been going on for more than a year now and I was not aware! The money that has been deducted on a monthly basis ranges from just above R1000 to around R442.
I do not do any business with ABSA and I have since stopped the debit order online. Im yet to speak to my Bank about this and in the mean time I would kindly request someone from ABSA to take this matter forward.
