NEW ERA DEATH POLICIES

I have 2 death policies underwritten by New Era Life for my mum and aunt and the debit orders are being paid to Sanlam according to my bank. I called Sanlam and no one can assist me as they do not have any knowledge of these policies. I called new era life and they mentioned that Sanlam has taken over these policies, but debit orders are being paid to Sanlam. I am in the process of changing banking details and i want to update these details but no one is willing to assist me from Sanlam, I have made numerous calls but all is in vain
