IRRATE CLIENT!! ATM ROBBED ME!!

On Saturday evening, 13 April, I went to the Kibler Park Service Station ATM to withdraw R300, it came up "Transaction cannot be completed" so I never got my money but it came off my balance!!! I immediately phoned the number that is at the ATM for lost/ cards and was told I should give it until the next morning and it should reverse and go back into my account otherwise I should visit a branch. I phoned 08h15 yesterday, still not reversed. I then went to the branch at Southgate (open on a Sunday) and was told that I should give it 24 hours to reverse which would have been 19h00 last night. The lady printed a statement for me and said that it was PENDING!!! Also realised a transaction at Spar on 13 April does not reflect (and no SMS notification received either) hence perhaps the reason for not giving me the R300 but then there should still be R100 available in my account! This morning still not reversed!! PLEASE, PLEASE can someone tell me whereto from here, I have done everything I can do from calling to actually going into the branch. I want my R300 back into my account otherwise it is going to reflect that I am overdrawn and this does not reflect good on my acc.
