I lodged a claim (420532) in November 2012 and to date I am still car-less and miway is doing absolutely nothing about it. My car spent a month gathering dust at one of the panelbeaters in middelburg and then it was towed to another panelbeater where it is to date. I have been sent from pillar to post by miway represenatives & Reinard promised that I will get the car on 28 March 2013& when I went to the panelbeaters to collect it I was told that Glasfit has given them a wrong glass and will have to wait for 21 days before they can get the correct one. I have since been calling miway every single day & if I am not told that my previous call was not logged on the system, i get empty promises from Reinard. So that miway can understand y im so frustrated by its service, I hitchhike to work every single day, &now I am about to loose my job because in 2 weeks, I spent on average 4 days coming in late because of transport issues. What me off is that I pay my premium every single month, & to date I have been payin for a car that I last drove in 2012.Clearly miway does not care about its customers because even to date I am awaiting Reinard's call. I am on my knees, please assist me
