I have car finance through Wesbank, currently I have an instalment outstanding. Financially I havent been doing well. I want to make an arrangement but Wesbank will not allow me. Instead I receive threatning sms's and nobody has bothered to call me frm the service provider.
I lost my job and I am on part time jobs. But I do not want to loose my car, I knw my financial situation will not be permanent. Furthermore I want to know if Wesbank can convert my current financing to a baloon payment so as to reduce my instalments.
Please assist I am in a really tight corner and I dont want to loose my car.
I know its the banks fault but I need solution. All along my payment record has been good. I just need help
