Creditworx (S&V)
Not able to reach Creditworx despite calls/emails

I've been trying to reach Creditworx for some time now in order to resolve a matter with them but with no success. Calling the call centre is a nightmare (you jump from being number 2 in the queue to being number 12 in the queue) and emails remain unanswered or keep on getting returned undelivered.
