I told one of my colleagues at work that I am going to phone outsurance for a quote.because I am shopping around for the best deal. On Wednesday 10/04/13 I get i get a call from outsurance the lady who took more than a hour of my time. I currently have 3 vehicles, one motorbike and household on my insurance. On 11/04/13 she phoned again to finish quote after more than an half an hour.
Before she gave the quote she asked what I'm currently paying? told her what she is doing is not ethical t. To make long story short Outsurance could not beat my current insurance.
She replied" I did not phone them, they phoned me for, that is why I do not qualify for the R400.00 and asked me if I will consider insurance with them? i sent email Vusi Zulu and he phoned me now and said if I took out the policy the person who gave my number will get R500.00 if I take out insurance? how could they contact me if they did not have my number in first place?
Why would I change my insurance for another who charge more and " treat so called possible customers" like this.
I agree with the other complainant" OUTsurance will bend over backwards for you"?? walk the talk!! Mrs Jorda
