I called fnb on the 14th of March requesting to close the credit card, the lady who I was talking to she said she will update my information and I won't pay MONTHLY SERVICE FEE for the next 6 months then I didn't close it. Now I have MONTHLY SERVICE FEE on my statement, so I want to close it.
On the 9th of April I called requesting to close the card since the MONTHLY SERVICE FEE is still being charged, kgomotso answered, he hanged up while I was talking.
i was given an email address to send an email too. I sent yesterday and no response. When i call they tell me that it will be closed withing 48 working hours, that's too long!!!
I want to close my credit card.
