Hi There,
I paid for an iPAD through FNB, I received the iPAD and a few months later is was.
I've paid the excess to the insurer (FNB Insurance) and I have still not received my new iPAD.
I've tried a number of time to contact FNB to get clarity on when I will be receiving my new iPAD and I always get put on hold or redirected to another consultant.
I've been paying for and iPAD, which i don't have, for the last 5 months.
This is ridiculous!
