Inadequate Smart Device Sales Processing

I ordered a Samsung Note 10.1 the 1st week of April 2013, after i have settled my ipad 2 contract. I recieved an sms saying that i must submit Debit order switching forms. I called the call centre to inform them that i already have debit orders going off my FNB account, since i have been banking with them for 3 years. Thembeka escalated the matter and reassured me that the application will proceed. This morning, i get the same sms asking for debit order forms. When i called the call centre and spoke to Thembeka, he advised that the escalation note that he wrote last week wednesday, has not been attended too! How unprofessional and incompetent is this?! FNB needs to get thier house in order, how can i trust my accounts with them if they cant manage thier service requests from one department to another?! totally disgusted.
