I have a debit order on my smart spend loan acc with FNB. last year it was in arrears and I paid it up to date and the original instalment was reinstated and the debit order to run on the last day of every month. On 26march i recevied an sms saying the acc was handed over to their law firm and i need to pay the balance of ./-R900 to avoid further action. Now my question is if i have a debit order on my acc and i request it to be debited on a specific date how can FNB say im in arrears and say i owe them money. isnt a debit order on your account suppose to debit the funds a the advised date given. they debited the 25th of a month when i get paid on the last day of the month. so theres no money in my account thats why i said debit last day of the month. then they redebit when i get paid again. so what the is going on. FNB is your messing up my score rating and you dont care. i need someone to fix this as i was in the bank yesterday but the agent got the run around from the dept that deals with this eventualy when we got the right one, they had closed. pull up your socks FNB your suppose to be the best but your actually on the same level as the rest. dont kid yourselves.
