Good Day
I logged an insurance claim for my car on the 3rd April, and went for the assessment on the 4th but I have not heard anything from iWYZE's Claims department, and every time I follow up on email, I am sent a system generated response that says they are still processing my claim, and calling them has drew blanks as:
1. I wait on the call for over 20 minutes, and
2. Once I get through I am told the same reason and not why is it taking long to resolve/complete the claim assessment
I have been very disadvantaged in the process and actually regret logging the claim as it would have been faster if I have fixed the car myself.
