I noticed by chance on the 26th March 2013 that there is money going from my credit card account to a Cinamuse company which i do not know from a bar of soap for the last three months I took it up with Credit card devision on the same day as I saw that there is a R383.13 amount pending that must go through and I wanted them to stop it before it goes through they said it has to go through 1st before they can refund me. Then Absa credit card department they say II must 1st contact these people to cancell my subscription with them, the more i tell them i do not have a subscription they said they cannot refund me unless i cancell with the company as they need the proof of the correspondance I did so to satisfy card division I e-mailed the company as a ph call would cost me a lot more as this company is in Texas, Low and behold i received an e-mail today to say they cannot refund me my funds, they can only refund me all transactions going through after the 4th of April the day of my e-mail and according to them the day of my complait. Which was done on the 26th of March and not 4th April.
