Disgusting Service received from FNB

I settled my FNB loan account on the 13/03/2013, on the 15/03/2013 i received a paid up letter ensuring me that the account was closed, and was advised that no debit order would go off my account, to my surprise on the 20/03/2013 a debit order went off. on the 25/03/2013 i called in and requested a refund and was told that it would take 48hours. called on the 02/04/2013 no refund was done, called again on the 04/04/2013 and was told there is a back log and it would be escalated to Luntu's manager. Called in today 09/04/2013 and refund is still not done, once again i am told that it will be escalated. numerous emails have been sent to Luntu with no response. Please can i just have my refund of R1972.19, 8 working days has passed and still nothing.
