I applied for a home loan 2 years ago the home loan was approved the attorney that did all the registration did not advise us that the full amount will not be paid out he advised us that once the maintenance on the property was done will the balance of the money be paid out, we was not aware that he was going to hold back the money for the renovation and also money for a FUTURE USE. However the attorney has summons us and wants there money standard bank does not want to assist and the attorney wants to auction my house they have removed my furniture from my house already i am in a real problem and i need help cause no bank wants to assist us with a loan as the attorney put a JUDGEMENT ON MY HUSBANDS NAME.
