This is the worst service i have ever had, you promised clients that you will contact them but you do not. I have logged my complain on the 3rdd of April and since then the consultant have been sending me email saying he will contact me but he has not. I have been calling to get an update, you being placed on hold for more than 30min, you leave message to be called back and nobody calls you back.
You request to speak to supervisor s, and they nowhere to be available. The so called quality department has no clue what quality is about, the switchboard operators have no clue how to handle clients on the phone, they cut you while you busy taking. This is my first case that i am requesting Scorpion to handle after so any years with them, i do not think they know what they doing. Or they should not be handling people s legal matters at all, they promise to give you assistance with cases but they do not reply on time, they do not come back to you. Scorpion does not know urgency of any legal matters, maybe you should just close down instead of getting all these premium we have been paying as clients.
