Faulty Iphone not Replaced after 3 weeks

My Iphone was faulty and FNB responded that they would replace the phone. It was collected from Cell C Menlyn and I was informed on 18 March 2013 that a replacement would be issued. Numerous queries from my side have not resulted in anyone informing me as to the progress on the matter. The only information I was given was that an instruction to replace was sent on 27 March 2013. As yet I have not received any correspondance as to when my replacement device will be delivered and I have been paying the monthly amount without having any device in my possession. I would like someone to contact me to arrange for delivery of my replacement device. Regards Carel
