I recently collected brand new credit and cheque cards at the bank and had to reactive my internet banking service. For some reason, the bank could not link my credit card to my internet banking profile as before. I was told to wait a few days and it would be done. I got off a call today (10 days later) after waiting 15 minutes and being transferred to three different departments and every call i make, I get told its the wrong department or number to link a card. Because of that, I am also not able to book tickets on computicket online because I require the 3D verification OTP for the new credit card which is annoying me as I take nearly 35min out of my day togging between calls.
