I rang Woolworths Car Insurance to get an indicative quote following a 6% increase in my premium from my existing insurer (how is this possible when my new 2012 car has lost 10-15% of its value in the year)?
Ricardo Kussal answered my call, rang back when the line dropped out and called my partner and me to finalise the deal. He was extremely helpful, very responsive and I have recommended him to my work colleagues. Unlike my existing insurer - dealing with unintelligible people speaking gobbeldy-gook in poor English and who didn't even have an email address to cut out the lack of bad communication - I think that Mr Kussal is a credit to his company and as long as he and Woolworths Insurance deliver, I will be very happy.
