I called in to get a quote and not surprisingly Outsurance could not better my current premium. despite trying to badmouth my current insurance i said I'm not interested. The man I was speaking to then tried to put the phone down on me. No "sorry we can't beat it, here is how to claim your R400". After requesting the information I have now tried countless times to submit the info for the promo (since last week) and the page just keeps saying "oops we have a problem... but will fix it"??? when I try add my banking details. Is this the master plan to irritate and frustrate til people give up on the idea.
