My Credit Card was settled with african bank Dec 2011. I have requested for a settlement ammount and it was paid accordingly. This however reflects on my ITC and EXPERIAN report as an active account.
I want this removed from both Experian and ITC as i have proof that this was paid up. Now African bank is saying i owe them more money??? How is this even possible. It's simple, you request a settlement letter, you pay the full ammount and all is sorted?? I have requested for this account to be closed.
