My name, Elouise Manicombe. I've been in arrears a long time with my creditors and everyone can relate that a person can get in over your head, hence my case. I have been paying my accounts as far as I can escpecially my furniture & bed accounts with Furniture City and Matress factory. African Bank is the collections agent appointed to my accounts. I have been paying my account through easy pay & bank deposits. I HAVE PAID MY ACCOUNTS, AND AFRICAN BANK'S PEOPLE KEEP PHONING & SMS'ing me. this isn't a problem because I know I owe money and I must pay. The Problem is, NOW AFTER 2 YEARS OF PAYING MY ACCOUNTS DILIGENTLY MY BALANCE IS NOT GOING DOWN, IN FACT IT'S GROWING AND NO-ONE CAN LOCATE MY PAYMENTS!!! 2 YEARS OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY -GONE??? WHERE IS IT??? THEY DON'T KNOW, I'VE GONE AND FAXED NUMEROUS TIMES BUT NO-ONE KNOWS ANYTHING. For my bed, I made arrangements to pay in July 2011, and they have received payment 02/08/11, so DMC CALLS (lawyers!) ok, i say. I'm scared> I'll pay so I DO, and what happens??? African Bank phones> Where's my payments??? I SAY -Guys -I was called by DMC- I pay them now because of YOU?? What do u When lawyers call???.LISTED FOE PAYING???
