Dragging their feet on simple applications

We have an existing home loan with Standard Bank, we pay over R2, 000 more than the required installment each month. We have applied for an re-advance on our bond and they keep finding reasons not to finalize this application. We had submitted 55 pages of info required and confirmed they had received it, but for the next two weeks every time we phoned they said one or other of the documents were missing, but they were there. Every time we phone we get another rubbish excuse for not completing this application! Good standing and a clean record means nothing to them - do they want us to beg?!? Our house is valued at more than double the bond amount. And to think that I was contemplating moving all my business and personal banking. Glad I haven't!! This has been dragging on since the 19 March after being assured that a re-advance takes no longer than 4-5 working days as it is not a new application!!
