Oneplan did not action my notification - when I cancelled my policy end of cover being 28 Feb, March double debited me (for March & April premiums) on policies I cancelled and have been waiting for my refund the past 2 weeks, when it was communicated that it would be done in 72 hours.
Still waiting and no one is willing to return my money, need this issue resolved asap and no more run arounds and empty promises that have inconvenienced me as a result of their failure on carrying out proper administration
