To day I had the pleasure of speaking to Selina, I had taken a new policy out on Friday 5/4/2013 for car insurance, when the details were taken down on Friday an error was made regarding information on the policy. today when I called to have the information cortrected, Selina was so helpful she kept me in the loop when she referred my policy to the manager as the premium had increased as a result of the error. She came back and advised that the premium would remain as initially quoted. Wow in a world where everything goes up and customer service is not regarded as important, I was pleasantly surprised. Well done Selina for your making me feel important and for getting me the best insurance premium of the day :)
