WE STARTED THE PROCESS (MAY 2011) SUBMITTED CLAIM FORMS. RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF APPLICATION RECEIVED BY MIBFA (19/5/012) OFFICE AND ALSO STATEMENTS. HANDED THE BANK MANDATE FORM WITH SIGNED (2X) CERTIFIED ID DOCUMENT TO TO THE OFFICE IN JOHANNESBURG (22/10/2012). HAVE STAMPED PROOF THAT DOCUMENTS WAS DELIVERED TO THEM . NOW THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY APPLICATION FORM ON THE SYSTEM AND WE HAD TO RE-SUBMIT. WE FAXED, E-MAILED AND MAILED THE DOCUMENTS AGAIN TO THEM (8/3/2013) THEY SAY IT WILL TAKE THEM ANOTHER /- 8 WEEKS TO SCAN DOCUMENTS ONLY INTO THEIR SYSTEM. THEY LOST THE DOCUMENTS I THINK. THE PROCESS WAS SUPPOSE TO TAKE ABOUT 18 MONTHS.
HOW DO THEY LOOSE DOCUMENTS AND THEN WE MUST GO THROUGH THE PROCESS OF WAITING AGAIN FROM START.OR MAYBE WE MUST WRITE THESE MONEY OFF TO OR OFFICE STAFF NOT DOING THE JOB PROPERLY. I AM SURE THAT THIS IS NOT THE ONLY COMPLAINT YOU RECEIVED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PENSION SURPLUS PAYOUTS BY MIBFA. VERY, VERY FRUSTRATING. 2 STEPS FORWARD AND 3 BACKWARDS
