In December my policy was moved to Dial Direct because of a more affordable insurance option. The Admin fee was R150 (not R340 as has been debited from my account), I have phoned Dial Direct on 4 different occassions over a 2 week period and Im STILL waiting for the call to be listened to and for feedback. This is disappointing and ridiculous, what kind of service is this for a new customer to have to deal with?
