I had a bluebean credit card in -2000-2003. I fell on hard times card given to legal dept. Mr vd Nest was the man I dealt with. I had arrangement to pay every month a certain amount (not sure of the amount seeing it is 10 years ago. Mr vd Nest confirmed with me the last payment but unfortunately I can't remeber the last date of payment, because he phoned every month to confirm payment. In 2010 I opened acc with Standard Bank as I was working overseas in Libyia no problem service very good. They even offered me a special account due to the money that I was earning. I then applied for a credit card and that is when my problems started. According to the bank I owe money on my master credit card (which I never had I has bluebean). I was given telephone number to contact which I did I asked for bank statement was told to get them from the bank. I went back on numerous occasions, was told they will look into the matter. Went overseas 2011-2012 kept sending correspondence no response. I want to apply for a second bond on myhome DECLINED DUE TO THIS MATTER 10YEARS LATER.I understand the man on the street is not so important as the man who brings money to the bank. SO WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN KNOW!
