I took in my phone for repairs with edgars (carnival mall) and it was sent to finrite to be repaired on the 18th of febuary, till to date i still havent gotten my phone back, didnt receive any feedback regarding phone for some weeks till i called the store and finrite, in march i eventually started getting feedback but it was never clear what the situation was regarding the phone, Spoke to khomotso who was assistful till she told me that my phone was in working order and its ready to be taken, got to the store and she wasn't there and had to force matters in order to get helped, phone was just changed the cover and was still in the same state as before. I called Finrite and got assisted by Melanie and she called to tell me that the phone is still at carnival because the couriers haven't gone there. frankly tired of their service its close to 2months now and no phone. i had to get a alternative phone because their taking their own sweet time and its quiet unacceptable.
