I received a call from a agent at Vericred stating that I have to pay my account that was handed over to them... I asked for the document to be sent me, which I received. I tried making payment to them, with no luck, the account gets rejected by ABSA, I asked Philemon to assist by sending him the failure reports... I am still awaiting a response! Again a call came through to tell me that I HAVE to make payment! AGAIN I explained my problem. I was told they will contact me... I am still waiting!!
Vericred should maybe stop putting pressure on the public to pay accounts if they are not willing to assist!
The worst service I ever received!!!
