Discovery has been calling me relentlessly over the past two weeks, 2-4 times a day. Everytime the call is cut off, or put down as soon as I answer, or the person cannot hear me. (I saved the number)
Today they finally got through, only to try and sell me a credit card? I have asked previously not to be harassed by your telemarket calls, yet you continue, which is against the consumer protection act. I have repeatadly stated I will contact you if I'm interested in a product
I have a life policy with you, and am moving my medical aid to you - if I have to keep enduring harassment like I have over the past two weeks, I'll seriously consider moving somewhere else.
SUMMARY:
Do not call me to sell me products
Do not give my details to 3rd parties
Do not give my details to your independant brokers.
Its not that difficult. Do not call me to apologize, you did the last time, and it obviously didn't mean much.
