Poor Customer Service

I was in Standard Bank Gardens Centre at 11:30am this morning and the queues for the tellers were awful, about 15 people in queue with only 2 out of the 5 tellers open. I spoke to the Team leader about this and she said she would fix the problem. Needless to say nothing happened... the queues remained bad, only 2 tellers were open and the customers in the queue were saying how shocking the service is and how she had done NOTHING to improve the situation. Your customers do know that you provide shocking customer service and that we are obviously not a priority vs. saving money by not having more tellers open!
