Standard Bank has a no care attetude towards ther clients and makes promisses and approvals that they cant keep. I was contacted on 27/03/2013 by Standard Bank SA to offer me a increase in my revolving Credit. It was approved on the spot and would be availible no later than 30/03/2013 according to the agent. I continued to pay off additional on some of my accounts because of this commitment. Sorry to say this did not happen and my account plus my payment profile has now been adversly effected by Standard Bank. Please take note that if Standard Bank in future does this to you not to believe them and think twice if you would want to use them as a bank. My experiance is that the bank is no care, rude when you enquire about it and will send back all debit orders costing you more than the R115 per transaction. This in it self robs you of your money. Please watch out for this Bank.
