Account double debited

December 18th 2012 there was R2025.29 in my account and there was R199.95 debit in my account and I was left with R1825.34 that means that money was taken from my account, then on the 6th Jan 2013 the same amount of R199.95 was debited again since my account had only R27 in it. My account went to minus and my R27 was gone and I went to the branch they escallated it now the answer is my account was debited once but according to the bank stats it shows they debited my account twice and again there was money deposited in my account and I could not get it cause it pays the minus that in my accou, the only thing I need is my account to be corrected and the R27 that was in my account to be back and rha money that was deposited I need it back cause this is not my fault but their own
