BLUE MOBILE STINKS OF CORRUPTION AND POOR SERVICE

I had two mobile contracts with Mobile U a division of Blue Financial Services, In January 2013 I queried the details of when the contracts expired and was infomed that the one expires in January and the other in February. I was informed that if I no longer want these contracts I must send them cancellation letters stating that I do not want these contracts renewed. I did send them the forms and was informed that they will cancel accordingly. I asked that they make the numbers pre-paid so I can still use the numbers. I did not follow up gain as I had assumed that I am dealing with professionals. Suddenly i found that the one number was cancelled, When i queried I was sent through to a collection agency Pholosa who had deducted R 380 from my account via debit order and demanded i pay another R 356-00 as my account was in arrears, this payment was done yesterday, Is it my fault if they cancelled and did not collect the debit orders as that is always funds available in my bank account, Now Pholosa blame Blue Financial and Blue Financial balema Vodacom. All I want is my phone back in operation. I also want to know who is crooking here Pholosa or Blu Mobile. The cellphone is 0795122605
