On several occasions I went to Fnb Giyani... Reaching the bank around 10:00 to draw money and get some change for my business... Just to leave at 15:15... There is 8 (EMPTY) teller counters when you entering the teller side of the bank. At the back (I assume it must be previously for business banking) there is 5 tellers -4 to help customers and 1 for elderly and disabled people. When one of the tellers go for lunch only 3 to assist. I stop counting at 250 at once inside the tellers side. I'm having two businesses in Giyani (recycling) and need cash on a daily base, it was now for 2days in 2 weeks I had to close my businesses due to the fact that its taking me 4 to 5 hours to get money!! I am loosing money for standing the whole day in the queue to draw money, and when its lunch time the tellers (business teller included) just go.. the teller see people pushing in front of me after i waited for how long and when I complain that I'm standing here for how long he just pulls his shoulders and continuing to help the customer. yesterday AGAIN (2 April 2013) it was one of those days queuing since 10:00 till after 15:00... Today I change to another bank.. Fnb giyani DISSAPOINTING!!!
