FNB does not want my business

I have a series of problems, and quite frankly FNB does not offer a "superior" service at all. I am happy to close my accounts and I will be moving to another bank!
I have tried applying for a credit card on-line. I keep receiving a message of "thank you for submitting your application, our consultant will contact you." I have not been contacted. I contacted the credit card call centre and spoke to Lee-Anne XXX. She promised me that I would be able to apply on-line, and once again, I am unable to!
Furthermore, FNB is incredibly happy to upgrade my account to a cheque account, but when it comes to the courier contacting me the next working day, this does not happen.
I have been banking with FNB for the past 15 years, and I am more then happy to move my business elsewhere.
FNB you have lost a customer for a lifetime!
