Debit order before due date

I am stopping your debit order at my bank because you are ignoring my repeated complaints that month after month the debit order is attempted before my salary is deposited resulting in a blemish on my bank statement.. I requested banking details so I can pay you by electronic transfer but this was refused. I authorised a debit order on the 27th of each month but you keep on processing it on the 22nd.
