Absa is delaying in paying out my provident fund, and they wont even communicate with me to inform me the cause of the delay or when they would be releasing my funds. My last contribution to the fund was on 31 Dec 2012 and the withdrawal was submitted to Absa provident fund on 12 Feb 2013. This exceeds the 6 weeks termination period, yet I am not even given a reasonable explanation from Absa Provident fund administrators. My email enquiries are unanswered. Can somebody help me please?
