On 25 March, my boss paid my salary via EFT from Investec to my FNB, cheque account. It's 3 April today, it's been 9 days, and my salary isn't showing up on my bank account.
R6000 in debit orders have gone off my account, amounting to R360 of fines I am having to pay, for failed debit orders, due to FNB not clearing my salary payment.
I have complained numerous times, submitted proof of payment from Investec, but I keep on being told, they will investigate the matter, pointing fingers, saying that Investec did something wrong. Investec is pointing fingers towards FNB, saying it's their fault.
I can't pay my accounts, my rent, and send my son to doctor, as he is sick, and I'm stuck with an empty bank account.
Why can't either FNB or Investec just pick up a freaking phone, and try and figure out what is going on, clearly this is abnormal, and something has to be done to figure out where my money is.
My boss makes special provision for me to pay my salary earlier, so it can clear on time with FNB, this has been an ongoing matter, but NINE DAYS!!!
This is absurd, and once this is resolved, I WILL BE GOING BACK TO ABSA!!!
WHERE IS MY SALARY!!!
